Lance Rogers is the VP of Operations at Nephron Pharmaceuticals. He graduated from North Carolina A&T State University with a degree in Industrial Technology and a concentration in Electronics.

Nephron Pharmaceuticals is a state of the art manufacturing facility that manufacturers 504 3-B outsourcing material drugs and also respiratory drugs. Most people think of manufacturing as a hot hundred degrees, dirty type of facility. Nephron has a state of the art facility with a cool climate necessary to maintain the robotics automation.
