Students will work together creatively to develop an objective for participating in their game. The overall objective that they will be working towards is raising students' heart rates by getting them moving. Students may use whatever equipment is necessary as long as it is available. Make sure that the students understand that the game needs to be safe and is an all-inclusive activity. After the students have created their game, they will need to fill out the activity worksheet.

Have the teams set up their game for the class and present the instructions to the class. You may help give instructions if necessary. Before each game is played have all students participating take their heart rate and write it down on the worksheet. After the game is played have each student calculate their own heartrate and write it on the worksheet.
