Minerva King | Baker's Dozen

Kaltura

Minerva King is a native of South Carolina and just as long ago storytellers traveled from city to city, weaving tales, she continues this tradition today as an artist in residence for the South Carolina Arts Commission, travelling from one school to another telling stories! She says storytelling entertains and teaches us. A good story sounds right and feels good. Ms. King tells the story of long ago when animals spoke the same language and understood each other. Key point: telling stories with a message or moral so your audience can learn something from it.
