Here close to a stream, there is a high population of Mountain laurel trees, rhododendrons, Tuliptrees, Fraser magnolias, Halberdleaf violets, Rattlesnake plantains, Heartleaf, Poor Robin’s plantain, Pinxter, and Whyte pines.

Millipedes are commonly found in areas with moisture and decaying vegetation.
