Chef Edward Lee: Career Goals | Read Eat Grow | Ask an Author

Edward Lee is a Brooklyn-born chef and restaurateur. He has made numerous television appearances on shows including The Mind of a Chef on PBS and as a contestant on the ninth season of Top Chef.  When Lee attended the SC State Library event, Read Eat Grow, in September 2019, Knowitall sat down for an interview with the chef. We talked about his career and important advice he has for culinary arts students and future chefs.
