From left to right are portrayed some of South Carolina's most influential state and national elected officials of the late 1960s: Representative L. Mendel Rivers, Governor Robert McNair, Senator Ernest F. Hollings, Lieutenant Governor John C. West, Representative W.J. Bryan Dorn, and Representative John L. McMillan.
