To answer your inquiry, you will have to find more information. Here are some ways to do more research.
 
  • Visit the area you observed earlier and study it a little closer. Now that you have your question in mind, do you see clues that could answer it?
  • Go to the library. Use resources such as books, magazines, and the internet to find answers to your question.
  • Talk to an expert. Do you know someone who is a biologist or ecologist? You may want to talk to a science teacher.
This information is very important because it makes sure the answer to your inquiry is based on facts. April and Anthony write books that are based on facts, or nonfiction.
