SOME DATES TO REMEMBER:

Public Service Recognition Week is celebrated the first week of May since 1985 (beginning on the first Sunday of the month) to honor the people who serve our nation as federal, state, county, local and tribal government employees.

If you miss this week, celebrate National Emergency Medical Services Week during the third week of May. 

United Nations Public Service Day is celebrated on June 23. All who have chosen professions in which they serve others are recognized, including police officers, firefighters, EMTs, members of the medical profession, those in military service, government service and teachers.
