Another one of the tall ships visiting Charleston is the H.M.S. Rose, which comes from several countries all over the world. Captain Richard Bailey elaborates on the history of both the old and new H.M.S. Rose. Today, the replica of the Rose is fit with modern Coast Guard regulations, and serves as both a passenger ship, and as a school for sailing trainees.
