Susan Lenz - Fiber Artist | The Big Picture

Gallery 80808 is considered the spiritual home of the Columbia Arts Community. One of the people who uses the dedicated studio space is Susan Lenz.  She became an artist later in life at age 41.  She's a fiber artist who works with installation.  Some of the materials she works with are fabric, thread, or yarn.  Her style is similar to quilting, but in a non-traditional way.

With one of her series she uses treated photography along with needle and thread to showcase critical decisions by everyday people.
