This segment is a tour of a full-scale model of a shuttle. We see the cargo bay of the shuttle, the containers in which astronauts store their belongings, and the airlock where depressurization of the cargo bay occurs before walking in space. The bathroom or waste management room is shown. A wall with velcro strips is shown. Astronauts can attach themselves to the wall with velcro for sleeping. The opening that allows astronauts to move from the mid-deck to the upper deck is shown. The flight deck is shown and the pilot and co-pilot's couches are shown. The flight commander always sits on the left couch with the pilot on the right.
