Shrimp is a favorite seafood delicacy that is loved by many. Errol Hattaway describes a typical day in his profession as a shrimper and relays how inconsistent the results of his efforts can be from day to day. His wife discusses the men who are involved in the industry and her feelings about them. Steve Kerchner, a shrimper from Beaufort, describes his priorities, the skills and the culture of shrimpers. A restaurant owner, Lantz Price, also of Beaufort, discusses the life of shrimpers and their families.
