Laura Jean Reed received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Furman University with additional study at Westminster Choir College.
In the 2007-08 school year Jeanie was selected Teacher of the Year at Stone Academy of Communication Arts. She was the Greenville County School District Teacher of the Year in 2007-2008 and South Carolina Honor Roll Teacher for 2008-2009. She is active as a clinician for children throughout the nation both in school and church music settings.
