Bob Masteller

Jazz musician, club owner, and jazz educator, Bob Masteller has been a major force on the musical scene of South Carolina's lowcountry since 1973. Through his music, he has crossed paths with Presidents Ford, Bush and Clinton and many celebrities in the world of entertainment. He began playing in his father's band at age 12 in 1950, and now runs the internationally recognized jazz club, The Jazz Corner, located on Hilton Head Island. Masteller and The Jazz Corner typically host well-known jazz figures on weekends, and Bob often plays with them at the club.
