Vocalist, poet and teaching artist, Eboniramm was born in Manning, S.C. A mother and a twin daughter, she currently lives in Columbia, S.C. where she conducts jazz and poetry workshops in schools, libraries and community learning centers. Eboni's written word reads like the robust sounds that emanate from her voice. Through song and spoken word, her quest to bring forth the inherent wisdom buried in us all is furthered as she seeks pathways of expression and reflection. Founder of Main Street Jazz, Eboniramm promotes community enlightment through the art of jazz. 

Eboniramm (a.k.a. Marilyn Simon) died on August 9, 2024.
