Lesson Overview
Students will watch Let’s Go Career Videos on Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and complete learning activities to learn about the basics of working in the EMS field. Students will learn about the prerequisites of becoming an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and Paramedic. Students will research to create a presentation or essay detailing the steps required to become an EMT or Paramedic and why they are interested in pursuing that career.
