Ms. Salma Noor is originally from Afghanistan and moved to South Carolina in 2007. She is an active participant in educating the community about her culture and preserving tradition. She enjoys teaching others about food, language, and Eid al-Fitr, a holiday which marks the end of Ramadan. She studied at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina.
