Celebrating Pharmacists

National Pharmacist Day is celebrated annually on January 12 to recognize and honor all pharmacists across the nation. National Pharmacy Technician Day is celebrated annually on the third Tuesday of October to celebrate and appreciate the work done every day by our pharmacy technicians.

National Pharmacy Technician Day is celebrated annually on the third Tuesday of October to celebrate and appreciate the work done every day by our pharmacy technicians. 

We encourage employers, educators, organizations and the public to find ways to express appreciation for the important work done by both pharmacists and pharmacy technicians every day.

Please note that there are differences between the role of a Pharmacy Technician and a Pharmacist, based on education and training.

We are also including individuals who work in the pharmaceutical industry in this collection.
