Wild Wild South

Homegrown camerawoman Hyatt Mamoun explores the flora and fauna of the South Carolina Lowcountry.

Welcome to the Wild Wild South: Lowcountry Edition!

Born and raised in Georgia to a Lebanese father and American mother, Hyatt Mamoun is a quippy wildlife camerawoman with a passion for the nature in her own backyard - The American South. In this 4-part digital mini-series and with her camera firmly in hand, Hyatt will be boots on the ground, down, dirty and usually cracking jokes, with the flora and fauna of the South Carolina Lowcountry - the very place where her wildlife filmmaking journey began.
