2016: Right to Privacy

The South Carolina Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (SC ABOTA) presents the Eighth Annual James Otis Lecture Series in observance of National Constitution Day. The topic for the 2016 James Otis Lecture is “The Right to Privacy in the 21st Century."

Broadcast from the SC State Museum, the program’s featured speaker will be Joel W. Collins, Jr., Esquire, founding partner of the prestigious Collins & Lacy Law Firm with offices in Columbia, Greenville and Coastal SC. Two students from every high school in our state have been invited to be in attendance and recognized as James Otis Scholars.
