Widely considered one of the finest young painters working in America today, Brian Rutenberg has gained an international audience with his landscape based abstractions. The artist received his BFA Degree from the College of Charleston and his MFA from School of Visual Arts. He has had over 100 exhibitions throughout North America and in Europe. A native of South Carolina, Rutenberg lives with his wife and two children in New York City.
