Lesson Progression
Students will need prior knowledge of the Main Causes of WWI, the home front, Roaring 20's, Treaty of Versailles, Lusitania, and warfare used during the war.
Teacher can provide them the blank timeline, and have them fill in the information and provide the pictures to match. For a simpler task, teacher can provide the timeline with the descriptions already provided, and have students just drag the pictures to match. Or, teacher can provide timeline with pictures and students fill in descriptive information. Essentially, the task can be as simple or as difficult as need be. Within the powerpoint, all three options are included.
