Lesson Progression
- You will begin the lesson by creating a “get to know the teacher” slide.
- Use the same template that the students will be using.
- Present your slide and show students how to mute and unmute their mics. Show students expectations for presenting and talking to others via computer.
- Put a timer on your screen and allow students time to create their virtual nameplates.
- Once the timer goes off, have students present their slides.
- Teach them how to present their screens and share their slides. This is a great way to practice tech skills as well.
- Have students also unmute and mute their mics.
- Allow each student to present.
