Beginning in 1973, March 24 has become a day to honor the role agriculture plays in sustaining our society and enriching our economy. The Agriculture Council of America encourages Americans to become more familiar with how food and fiber products are produced, which products are safe and healthy and what kind of careers are out there in agriculture.
