Growing up in Columbia owner Folami Jeter, had few options looking for a place to eat. Spurring her father to open Columbia’s first vegan restaurant Lamb’s Bread Vegan Cafe.
Continuing the tradition Jeter purchased the restaurant from her father, transforming it into A Peace of Soul with a rotating daily menu of vegan soul food including locally grown collards and crispy fried “chicken” sandwiches.
