A trip to Greenville focuses on industries located in Greenville and Spartanburg, schools, and the Greenville  Museum of Art.

Next, a trip to Columbia, the state capital. The State House is shown. The Broad and Saluda Rivers meet here, which helped with transportation. Today, the rivers are used for recreation. Riverbanks Zoo, state government, businesses and industries are discussed, as well as the houses, apartments, stores, places to work, schools, restaurants, motels, hospitals, churches and places for recreation that are needed by those who live in the area.

Next, a trip to Charleston, a port city on the coast of South Carolina. The Cooper and Ashley Rivers meet there. Charleston was settled in 1670 and a lot of history has taken place there. There is a visit to Fort Moultrie and to Fort Sumter, where the first shots of the Civil War were fired. A horse and carriage is shown. The Heyward-Washington House is shown and the history of Charleston is discussed.

Next, a trip to Winthrop in Rock Hill, where the Come See Me Festival is discussed.

In Bamberg, small-town life is discussed. In a small town, it's easy to get to know everyone!

Next is Myrtle Beach in Horry County. There are motels and restaurants where tourists stay in the summer. There are also houses, stores, schools and churches.
