Native Americans, such as the Seminoles, had to learn to live in a new world, after relocation. Some Native Americans turned to tourism to sell their arts and crafts. The Seminole tribe leaders sought other ways to bring income to their communities. They succeeded becoming financially independent with the hosting of bingo games. Thanks to bingo, more income became readily available for those living in the Seminole community, bringing more opportunities for education, careers, and infrastructure.
