Jim Welch shows the office building where Vernon Presley took care of administrative affairs, and the “smoke house” which Elvis occasionally used for target practice. The “Trophy Room” was the place where Elvis kept all his gold records.
The Elvis Presley Automobile Museum first opened in 1989, and is located right across the street from the mansion. The museum showcases twenty vehicles owned by Elvis. To this day, Elvis Presley was the largest purchaser of cars in the United States.
