Darlington - History, And Darlington Courthouse | Palmetto Places - Episode 1

Darlington was one of three counties created in 1785 from the old Cheraw district. It was presumed, by architect Robert Mills, to be named after Colonel Darlington, a hero of the American Revolution.  Joanna Angle discusses the early history of this county, along with one of its most prominent locations: the Darlington County Courthouse.
