Conway, Part 4 - Conway City Hall | Palmetto Places - Episode 4

Conway’s City Hall began life as Horry County’s second county courthouse.  In 1823, the State of South Carolina appropriated $10,000 dollars for its construction.  Russell Warren, a Georgetown builder, submitted the highest of four bids for the construction, and attributed the design based off of sketches by Robert Mills.
