Kaltura
Beaufort is the second oldest town in South Carolina. The first European explorers from Spain landed in this area in 1521. French Huguenots arrived in 1562. They were later put out by the Spanish who held this area as the capital of Florida. Captain Fulton raised and English flag in nearby waters in 1663 and eight years later the Lord's Proprietors began bestowing land grants.
