The “diSCovering science” series features interviews with scientists and researchers from South Carolina’s colleges and universities. These scientists explain the societal impacts of their work and describe their day-to-day jobs. “The series focuses on a broad range of scientific subjects including biology, chemistry and physics and multidisciplinary fields such as bioengineering, chemical engineering, high performance computing, and nanotechnology. (From our Streamline collection)
