A tour of Walnut Grove, a restored plantation in Spartanburg County. The program tells the story of Kate Barry, a female Paul Revere who rode through the countryside warning of the coming British troops and presents an historical tour of the home and grounds.

This home was built by an Irish immigrant, Charles Moore, who built the home in 1765. He was granted the land by the royal governor, William Tryon, of North Carolina. After a tour of the home and its antiques, we learn about Kate Barry, the heroine of the Battle of Cowpens.
