Lamb BBQ

Mr. Mario Leonardo was born in Mexico and moved to Greenwood County, South Carolina in the early 2000’s. He learned how to make delicious lamb barbecue over twenty-five years ago by watching his older relatives and assisting them while they cooked and made barbecue pits. His cooking is authentic and much loved by his neighbors and family. He has taught the art of making lamb barbecue to his sons-in-law.
